Hello everyone, today I am going to tell you about 5 chrome shortcuts that you can use. I know that you all must be wondering why we should use shortcuts? Well, I can answer your question. We use shortcuts because they are quick and can save us time. We don’t need to use a mouse or a trackpad. Well I guess it’s time for me to tell you some shortcuts.

  1. Open a New Tab

This shortcut lets you open a new tab in the browser.

  • On Windows: Ctrl + T
  • On Mac: ⌘ + T
  1. Close the Active Tab

You can use this shortcut to close the active tab on your browser.

  • On Windows: Ctrl + W
  • On Mac: ⌘ + W
  1. Open Last Closed Tab:

Sometimes we close a tab accidentally and want to reopen that. You can use this shortcut to reopen the last closed tab quickly.

  • On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + T
  • On Mac: ⌘+ Shift + T
  1. Jump Between Next & Previous Tabs

Most of the time, all of us have multiple tabs open in our browser, and have to switch between these tabs frequently. Rather than using a mouse or trackpad, you can use this shortcut to quickly jump between tabs.

  • On Windows: Ctrl + PgDn (next tab)

Ctrl + PgUp (previous tab)

  • On Mac: ⌘ + Option + Right Arrow (next tab)

⌘ + Option + Left Arrow (previous tab)

  1. Zoom In and Out

Sometimes the content of a web page is too small and unreadable. So you can zoom in and zoom out the web page by using this shortcut.

  • On Windows: Ctrl + Plus Key (to zoom in)

Ctrl + Minus Key (to zoom out)

  • On Mac: ⌘ + Plus Key (to zoom in)

⌘ + Minus Key (to zoom out)

Guys these were all the shortcuts I wanted to share with you! Don’t forget to visit my next blog!
